Unusual weather for June

Rain, great for the garden. Not so good for tourists.

Trying to sleep, and wondered how hot it was. 29 degrees at 00.15hrs. No wonder I can't sleep. The week is shaping up to be hot hot hot.

21degrees is nice a warm for 1.30am. A pleasant temperature, but maybe a little to warm for some who like a cool room when sleeping. Leaving the windows open helps but without a mosquito screen, you may regret it.

Today, it's off with the jumper as Spring is in full swing.

After a great couple of weeks, although temperature are warm, storms are forecast. The wind is howling outside. Apparently some schools may be closed tomorrow due to lical storm warnings.

From storms, to hail with some sunny blues skies thrown in, a real mixed bag.

The sun is out the sky is blue, we have hot water from the solar system, but it is cold, cold, cold. Temperature have taken a tumble and unless you are standing in the sun, you need to wrap up warm and turn the heating up. Milas looks to be slightly colder than Bodrum, but the further you move north the colder it gets. Check out the weather in Istanbul.

With the festive season upon us, not a flakes if snow in sight at Milas or Bodrum. Temperatures remain in the top teens with the sun feeling very pleasant, clearing away any winter blues. Rain is on the way again though.

Get out your hats and gloves as the winter sets in. It seems colder and more miserable than it was last year as the sun peaks through only on the occasion. Heavy rain, winds and minor storms are the order of the week.

As November slips in the open arms of December, as expected, things cool down a little. The solar panel still deliver hot water, but soon the electric emersion heater will come into action. The evenings and morning require central heating, but the days are pleasantly warm more often than not. I wearing just a T-shirt yesterday.

Yep, the weather is much more changeable now. The days of guaranteed blue sky have passed, the I would say 50% of the days a more blue that grey. I went out with a jumper today, but had to take it off, down the my t shirt, so not bad for November. Still do not need heating on at home yet!

A quick 90 degree turn in the weather. Overcast, but Temperature are still up above 20 which is a bonus. Trousers have replaced shorts and a brolley is in the car ready for those occasional down pours.
