Sabotage at FCC
When properties are cleaned and ready for guests obviously the electric and water supply are on so the guests just turn up and start their holiday.
There are those at FCC that do not want this to happen. A young family called me at 11pm last night to let me know they had no water. On turning up at the apartment, I found that the valve tap handle had been removed and the shaft round off so it could not be turned on.
Luckily I had a wrench that could gain a grip to turn the water back on or the family with a baby and a toddler would have been without water.
This is obviously criminal damage and we hope this is an isolated incident or the police will need to be informed.
