Hi Dave/Simon,

Can a thank you for a high standard of service provided during my transition of management company to Ideal World.  Since purchase of property in 2008 and residing away from Turkey, owning a property has just come with frustration and disappointment until now.  Though being with Ideal ideal World for a short period of time, only for the first time I feel comfortable and reassured that my property is within great hands. I have constantly been seeking advice and prompting questions which have been responded in a friendly and timely manner.  For this a would like to pass a very warmth felt thank you to the Ideal World team for all your help and support during this transition.
